The sleek black StarTech 8-Port VGA Video Extender Over Cat 5 is an ideal solution to extend the display capacity of your system to its maximum. It distributes VGA video signal to up to 9 (1 local and 8 remotes) monitors using Cat 5 cabling. Supporting monitors that can be up to 300m/950 ft away from the source it offers flexibility in your equipment placement. Providing maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024 at a 60 Hz refresh rate on each monitor it has potential to cascade up to 3 levels. Works with the STUTPRXL receiver, or the STUTPRXWAL (wall-plate receiver) that converts the signal from UTP cable back into VGA video for the monitor (both sold separately).
