DTM64613A is an Unbuffered DDR3 512Mx72 memory module with ECC bits. The assembly is comprised of one rank comprised of nine 512Mx8 DDR3 SDRAMs. One 2K-bit EEPROM with thermal sensor is used for Serial Presence Detect. A thermal sensor accurately monitors the DIMM module and can prevent exceeding the maximum operating temperature of 95C. Both output driver strength and input termination impedance are programmable to maintain signal integrity on the I/O signals. The assembly is a Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module intended for mounting into 204-pin edge connector sockets.
