DTM63368C - Dataram 2GB DDR2-800MHz PC2-6400 ECC Unbuffered 240-Pin DIMM Memory Module

DTM63368C is an Unbuffered ECC 256Mx72 memory module, which conforms to JEDEC's DDR2, PC2-6400 standard. The assembly consists of two Ranks. Each Rank is comprised of nine 128Mx8 DDR2 Samsung SDRAMs. One 2Kbit EEPROM is used for Serial Presence Detect. Both output driver strength and input termination impedance are programmable to maintain signal integrity on the I/O signals.The Data Strobe signals may be used either as differential pairs, or as single-ended strobes with the /DQS signals disabled.Data Mask inputs are provided to selectively prevent data from being written to an 8-bit byte. Alternatively, these may be used as Redundant Data Strobes for use in systems with a mix of x4 and x8 DRAMs.
