DTM63322D - Dataram 512MB DDR2-667MHz PC2-5300 non-ECC Unbuffered DIMM CL5 240-Pin DIMM Dual Rank Memory Module

DTM63322D is an Unbuffered 64Mx64 memory module, which conforms to JEDEC's DDR2 standard. The assembly is comprised of one Rank of eight 64Mx8 Hynix DDR2 Die Rev. F SDRAMs. One 2K-bit EEPROM is used for Serial Presence Detect. Both output driver strength and input termination impedance are programmable to maintain signal integrity on the I/O signals.
