This module adapter works best with Cisco 40-Gigabit Ethernet transceiver modules and offers Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for added convenience. The network adapter is designed to convert a QSFP port into an SFP/SFP+ port so that the users have the flexibility to use any SFP+/SFP module to connect to a lower-speed port.
