We keep enterprise hardware working past its end-of-support date

Chicago-based, shipping nationwide.

Tracon Technology supplies tested enterprise hardware — drives, memory, processors, boards, switches and power — to the people who keep servers running. Our catalog holds 386,236 parts across 228 manufacturers, most of them for platforms the original vendors stopped selling years ago.

That is the whole point. A working DL380 does not need replacing because a caddy failed or a DIMM went bad. Buying the part costs a fraction of a refresh, and it lands next week instead of next quarter.

What happens before a part ships

  • Drives get a full surface scan and a SMART report, which ships in the box.
  • Memory is tested in a matching platform, not just visually checked.
  • Boards and switches are powered up, firmware checked, and burned in.
  • Every unit is data-wiped to NIST 800-88 before it reaches the bench.

Beyond parts

We also design and install the infrastructure itself — campus and branch networking, firewalls and segmentation, wireless surveys, racks and storage, surveillance, and managed support with named escalation contacts. Same team, same accountability.

Where we ship

All 48 contiguous states from Chicago, with on-site project teams in most metro areas and remote deployment support everywhere else.

Part number, server model, or a photo of the label — any of those is enough to start.
